When will my order be shipped?
Since our products are live bulbs and plants, we ship at the ideal planting time for your specific hardiness zone. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our nursery.
What is the Lifetime Guarantee?
We stand behind our products. If any plant or bulb fails to grow or thrive, we will provide a full replacement or a credit voucher for the amount of your purchase, regardless of how much time has passed.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes can be made as long as your order has not entered the final shipping process. Please contact our customer service team immediately to update your delivery details.
How should I store my bulbs if I cannot plant them immediately?
If you cannot plant your bulbs right away, store them in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing them near ripening fruit, which can emit gases harmful to the bulbs.
