Backpacker Tulip

Named to honour young Dutch hikers who explore the Australian outback each year, this peony-like double tulip is strong, vivacious and cheerful. Planted in clusters along sunny borders, the plants give a bushlike effect to the area, too. Also makes a superb cut flower.
