Orange Marmelade Tulip

Like its namesake, this warmly coloured tulip is orange at first glance but, upon closer inspection, offers a vibrant play on colour. When it first flowers, the orange tones predominate, but as time passes, beautiful tones of mustard, ocher, vanilla, beige, rose-red and green are subtly showcased. The effect is like orange marmalade—sweet, zesty and memorable.
