Tropical Sunset Dahlia

Bearing a trio of soft warm hues, these big bloomers offer growers in even the northernmost states the look of tropical flowers. The fully double, 6-6½" blooms have yellow centres and pinkish-red petal tips that fade over time to creamy pink. Use Tropical Sunset to convey a balmy evening in an island paradise by planting it in back of a border, where the tall, 40" plants can provide a colourful background for smaller summertime flowers.
